Your challenges · Making digital a lever
How do you make digital a lever, not a burden?
Software, data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence: choosing what really helps, putting it in place, and protecting the business.

What we see
Making digital a lever: what is at stake.
Tools multiply, and so do subscriptions. Each department has picked its own, data is scattered, and nobody really knows who has access to what. Digital costs money, but does it pay off?
We look at how you work first, then at the tools. A good information system is the one your team actually uses, not the one with the best demo.
What we bring
- An outside view, with no habits and no filter
- The experience of a business leader who founded, grew and then sold a company
- Fixed prices, in writing before we start
- Written decisions, at every step
of ransomware victims handled by France’s ANSSI in 2024 were very small businesses, SMEs or mid-sized companies.
In 2024, 9% of firms with 10 to 49 employees used artificial intelligence, compared with 33% of firms with 250 or more. The gap is widening.
Our view
Digital that works rests on three pillars.
A roadmap
What you have, what you need, in what order and on what budget: the IT master plan, over three years.
Choices based on evidence
Specifications, vendor consultation, costed comparison: you choose on facts, not on a demo.
Security basics
Tested backups, controlled access, aware teams: the simple habits that shut the doors most often forced.
“Artificial intelligence does not replace a clear organisation. It speeds up the one you already have.”
Your needs
Your situation, our advice.
Each situation calls for its own option. Here is what we recommend, depending on what you are looking for.
Would you like a digital roadmap?
- What tools do we have, and what do they cost?
- Where can artificial intelligence save us time?
- Where do we start, and on what budget?
Would you like to choose and roll out a solution?
- How do we write useful specifications?
- Which vendor, which integrator?
- How do we make the switchover work with the team?
Would you like to protect the business?
- Are our backups really tested?
- Who has access to what, and until when?
- What do we do on the day of an attack?

Example engagements
What does an engagement look like?
Example engagement
An organisation with eighty employees
- The situation
- Twelve software packages, three providers, no overall view and no consolidated budget.
- Our response
- The 72-hour organisation diagnostic, then a three-year IT master plan and support in choosing solutions.
- The goal
- A simpler system and a budget under control.
Example engagement
A twenty-person SME
- The situation
- It wants to use artificial intelligence, but does not know what for.
- Our response
- A workshop with management to identify three useful applications, then a supervised trial.
- The goal
- Time saved, measured before going any further.
Typical situations, built from frequent requests: they show how we work; they do not describe real clients.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I start?
With the diagnostic. It is the first step, at a fixed price, and it ends with a written decision. Its price is deducted from the engagement if it follows within thirty days.
Engagement or support?
An engagement builds something specific, in one go: a plan, an organisation, a dossier. Support follows you every month to hold the course. Many clients go on from one to the other.
Can I stop the support?
It is a twelve-month commitment, billed monthly, and it never renews automatically: at the end, you decide.
Do you work with our current providers?
Yes. We steer, they deliver; we change only what needs to change.
Why not a large firm?
Because you get the founder, not a junior. A business leader who has built, financed and sold a company, with today’s tools and a wish to move beyond ready-made formulas.
Is our data protected?
Documents are exchanged through a dedicated secure tool, never through the website.
