Your challenges · Steering performance
How do you steer by the numbers, not by instinct?
Margin, cash, costs, growth: know where you are heading, put a figure on it, and decide in time.

What we see
Steering performance: what is at stake.
The business is growing, but the margin does not always follow. The figures arrive late, the cash position is discovered on the bank statement, and the strategy stays in the business leader’s head. Steering means seeing what is coming.
We read your accounts as a business leader would, not as an auditor: to find where the margin is made, where it is lost, and what decisions follow.
What we bring
- An outside view, with no habits and no filter
- The experience of a business leader who founded, grew and then sold a company
- Fixed prices, in writing before we start
- Written decisions, at every step
One in four bankruptcies in the European Union is caused by late payments.
of European SMEs report being paid late, according to the Atradius barometer cited by the European Parliament.
Our view
Steering comes down to three reports.
The thirteen-week cash forecast
What comes in, what goes out, week by week: you see the pressure points before they arrive.
Margin by activity
What each product, client or project really earns, hidden costs included.
The written strategy
Three priorities, quantified targets, a regular review: management knows where it is going, and so does the team.
“A good dashboard fits on one page. If it takes ten, nobody reads it.”
Your needs
Your situation, our advice.
Each situation calls for its own option. Here is what we recommend, depending on what you are looking for.
Do you want to keep your cash under control?
- How many weeks of headroom do I really have?
- How can I shorten my customers’ payment times?
- What financing will see me through a peak in activity?
Do you want to control your costs?
- Where is the margin going?
- Which purchases should be renegotiated first?
- Which fixed costs could we share?
Do you want to write down your strategy?
- Which markets should we target three years from now?
- Should we grow, specialise or join forces?
- How do we bring the partners and the team on board?

Example engagement
A thirty-person distribution company

Example engagement
A family group of three companies
- The situation

Typical situations, built from frequent requests: they show how we work; they do not describe real clients.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I start?
With the diagnostic. It is the first step, at a fixed price, and it ends with a written decision. Its price is deducted from the engagement if it follows within thirty days.
Engagement or support?
An engagement builds something specific, in one go: a plan, an organisation, a dossier. Support follows you every month to hold the course. Many clients go on from one to the other.
Can I stop the support?
It is a twelve-month commitment, billed monthly, and it never renews automatically: at the end, you decide.
Why an outside perspective?
Because you are too close to your business to see it. We arrive without habits or filters, and in three days we see what those inside no longer see.
How much of our teams’ time will it take?
A few one-hour interviews and access to the relevant documents. We fit in around your business.
How are our documents exchanged?
Through a dedicated secure tool, never through the website.
