CAP COMMUN · Shared services
Your support functions, better together than apart.
IT, purchasing, HR, finance: we design your shared services centre and support it until it runs smoothly. Everything starts with a free workshop.

This is you if…
Multi-entity groups, networks, cooperatives, local authorities, peers in the same trade.
Each entity has its own tools for the same tasks
Licences, suppliers, re-keying: everything is paid for several times over.
Everything rests on one or two people
One person leaves or goes on sick leave, and payroll or IT grinds to a halt.
Fixed costs are rising faster than the business
Support functions weigh more heavily every year.
Everyone negotiates alone
Insurance, supplies, software: no volume, no leverage.
What we mainly work on at this step
- Image and visibility
- Strategy and business model
- Finance and steering
- Operations and organisation
- Digital
- Shared services and alliances
Your services
A diagnostic, then you choose.
The diagnostic is always the first step. Then a one-off engagement, monthly support, or both. Click on a service to see its details.
First of all: the free scoping workshop. Two hours with management to find out whether shared services are worthwhile for you.

and between independent firms?
The Alliance: sharing without merging.
Six to twenty businesses in the same trade, not competing with each other, that pool what does not set them apart: purchasing, IT, payroll, accounting. Each one keeps its name, its clients and its freedom.
1
Same approach
Free workshop, study, set-up, steering: the same steps as for a group.
2
Shared price
The price of the study is split between the members: each one pays its share.
3
Freedom
You join when you are ready, and keep control of what makes your business what it is.
Frequently asked questions
Before you start.
Where do I start?
With the diagnostic. It is the first step, at a fixed price, and it ends with a written decision. Its price is deducted from the engagement if it follows within thirty days.
Engagement or support?
An engagement builds something specific, in one go: a plan, an organisation, a dossier. Support follows you every month to hold the course. Many clients go on from one to the other.
Can I stop the support?
It is a twelve-month commitment, billed monthly, and it never renews automatically: at the end, you decide.
Do all the entities have to agree?
No. We start with those that are ready; the others join when they see the gains.
Who hosts the services centre?
One of the group’s entities, a dedicated structure or a consortium: the study compares the options and their effects.
And between independent businesses?
That is the Alliance: the same approach between non-competing peers, and the cost of the study is shared.
