Your challenges · Launching your business
How do you launch a business that lasts?
Setting up a company takes a few days. Making it last takes a sound model, first clients, and someone to talk to before each decision.

What we see
Launching your business: what is at stake.
Legal structure, bank, price, first client: every early choice shapes the ones that follow. On your own, you move fast, but often in a fog. And in New Caledonia, conditions have become tougher: every mistake costs more than elsewhere.
At the start, everything moves fast and everything is decided at once. We help you sort it out: what must be right from day one, and what can wait.
What we bring
- An outside view, with no habits and no filter
- The experience of a business leader who founded, grew and then sold a company
- Fixed prices, in writing before we start
- Written decisions, at every step
of conventional businesses set up in France in 2014 were still active five years later. Four in ten had disappeared.
salaried jobs lost in New Caledonia in two years: a narrower market, where every client counts.
Our view
Lasting comes down to three things.
A model that makes money
A clear offer, a price that covers your costs and your time, a break-even point you know.
Clients who find you
A professional image, a simple message, the right channels: people choose you because they understand you.
Decisions made in time
Legal structure, hiring, funding: decide at the right moment, figures in hand, rather than having decisions forced on you.
“We do not teach you how to be an entrepreneur: you already are one. We help you avoid paying full price for every lesson.”
Your needs
Your situation, our advice.
Each situation calls for its own option. Here is what we recommend, depending on what you are looking for.
Do you want to validate your project?
- Does my idea have a market, in Nouméa and beyond?
- Which legal structure should I choose, and when should I incorporate?
- How much do I need to get started, and where can I find it?
Do you want to set your offer and your prices?
- What exactly are we selling, and to whom?
- Does my price really cover my costs and my time?
- How many clients do I need to break even?
Do you want to find your first clients?
- How do I describe what I do in one sentence?
- Website, social media, word of mouth: where do I start?
- How do I turn a first contact into an order?

Example engagements
What does an engagement look like?
Example engagement
A woman who started a service business, six months after launch
- The situation
- Revenue is coming in, but the margin is unclear and the working days keep running over.
- Our response
- Two hours to set out the costs, review the price and choose which clients to target first.
- The goal
- A price that covers her time, and a monthly target in figures.
Example engagement
A man taking over a small shop
- The situation
- He is buying a going concern and wondering what to change first.
- Our response
- The launch diagnostic, then a short engagement: forecast, funding, a plan for the first hundred days.
- The goal
- A dated plan, ready to present to the bank.
Typical situations, built from frequent requests: they show how we work; they do not describe real clients.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I start?
With the diagnostic. It is the first step, at a fixed price, and it ends with a written decision. Its price is deducted from the engagement if it follows within thirty days.
Engagement or support?
An engagement builds something specific, in one go: a plan, an organisation, a dossier. Support follows you every month to hold the course. Many clients go on from one to the other.
Can I stop the support?
It is a twelve-month commitment, billed monthly, and it never renews automatically: at the end, you decide.
I have not set up my business yet.
That is what the diagnostic is for: legal structure, bank, price, first clients, we make the calls with you.
Why an outside view, so early?
Because the most expensive mistakes are made at the start: the wrong legal structure, a price that is too low, the wrong partner. Two hours cost less than a single one of those mistakes.
